Placenta Encapsulation

The practice of taking the placenta although ancient is only now being appreciated and praised by the scientific/medical community. The placenta holds abundant nutrients and hormones that help return mothers body back to a state of balance in a natural and recognizable fashion for the body. Some of the benefits include:

  • Help to balance your hormones

  • Replenish depleted iron levels after delivery

  • Assist the uterus in returning to its pre-pregnancy state

  • Reduce postpartum bleeding

  • Increase milk production

  • Make for a happier, more enjoyable postpartum period

  • Increase your energy levels

  • Reduce risk for postpartum depression

Reservable lactation support

I offer one-on-one reservable support to assess latches, troubleshoot any breastfeeding or pumping challenges including but not limited to increasing and/or maintaining milk supply, baby not gaining weight, troubles latching, pain when nursing, and engorgement. Reservable sessions can be held in the comfort of your home and if need be via video call depending on the topic(s). Referrals to an IBCLC when needed.
