You’re having a baby or you’ve recently delivered. You’re a Milk Maker…now what? How do you keep the momentum going, increase your supply, avoid common challenges, and most importantly meet your goals without loosing your cool?
I offer this class in a group setting or for individuals. Individuals can choose if they’d like a private on-on-one online class or an in-person session if they reside in the Greater Milwaukee Area. I teach in a relaxed and interactive style but my classes are thorough and provide you with all the information you need to feel confident in your journey. Your partner or support person is more than welcome and encouraged to join you if possible. By the end of this session, you’ll have all the information you need to get off to a great start.
